Summer Spanish Sangria Class

Join us for this June beverage Cooking Demonstration! Chef Zoll will be teaching you how to make your own summer inspired Spanish sangrias! Chef & Winemaker, Frank Zoll will show you how he crafts his most popular sangrias.
The price for this class is $50, and we will supply everything you need to make two perfect bottles of sangria, to drink there or bring home and enjoy!
For this class we will teach you how to make a Pina Colada Sangria, and a Raspberry Lemonade Sparkling Sangria.

Have you ever wanted to know how to make delicious cookies that you don’t even need to bake? They are perfect for warmer weather!! Join Chef Zoll as he teaches you the art of making- No Bake Cookies! For this class you will learn how to make 3 kinds of no bake cookies.

Chef Zoll’s Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for an amazingly delicious night as Chef Zoll creates magic at the vineyard! Chef Zoll will be featuring a complete farm to table pairing menu for the evening. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time for this event and can be purchased directly from our website via the link the below. Check out the menu for the evening!

We will start the evening at 5 pm with a
Fresh mozzarella cooking demonstration by Chef Zoll & Chef Justin

Followed by… service at 5:30 pm
Mozzarella and basil salad tossed in a basil vinaigrette and drizzled with aged balsamic vinaigrette topped with prosciutto frites.– Paired with our Dry Rose.

Followed by…
Local smoked oysters topped with an herb Hollandaise sauce on a bed of sea salt.– Paired with our Unoaked Chardonnay.

Followed by…
A Sex in the Vineyard Sangria Sorbet Float intermezzo

Followed by…
Spicy tomato broth topped with Vermouth Creme Fraichè & Cajun fried shrimp
–Paired with Dry Riesling
And to finish up….

For dessert….
Grand Mariner Chocolate Mousse, served in a chocolate cup topped with fresh raspberries. — Paired with our Mariners Blend.

Bacon & Chocolate Truffle Demonstration
