Frank Zoll

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University & former Pasty Chef with the Ritz-Carlton Boston, Tavern on the Green, Marriott Marquis, and Boston Copley Marriott taught himself to make wine in 2001 out of his family home on Long Island NY.  His 10+ years of culinary training provide additional expertise that helps him offer recipes and food pairings that help harmonize the wines with many hand crafted chocolates and local cheeses.

Today he grows over 1200 plants on 2 acres of his own grapes right in  Lancaster and ferments all it fruit in our cellar in Shrewsbury. He is always looking to work with and highlight other growers and wineries throughout New England to make the most dynamic blends possible.

Zoll Cellars offers Food & Wine Pairings in our barrel room, Harvest Crush Courses in the vineyard, and Private Label wines are also available.
