Pastry Chef & Vintner Frank Zoll will make chocolates and confections for you to pair with your wine cider and mead.

Chef Zoll will make Dark Chocolate Potato Chip Truffles sprinkled with salted caramelized bacon and covered with Milk chocolate paired with your favorite Zoll Vineyards wines.

Your invited to come to the Vintage tasting of scientific white wines where we will be cross analyzing past blending wines from Zoll Cellars vintages from 2013 reds using several yeast strains on multiple varietals.
