Follow along with Chef Zoll as he teaches you how to make some of his favorite Lobster pasta!
Chef Zoll will demonstrate and instruct you how to make fresh Lobster Carbonara covered fresh filled lobster,crab, & goat cheese ravioli.
All materials are included in this class for you to make and take home 1 pound of crab & lobster filled cheese ravioli. Chef Zoll will demonstrate to how to make lobster carbonara sauce that you can sample during class with the seafood ravioli that we make.
We recommend pairing this with Viognier, or Sweet Rose’.
Come early if you would like to order food or beverage before class.
